Your ticket will be exchanged at the venue entrance for an RFID-enabled wristband which will serve as your digital wallet. Purchases for food and drinks at the event will all be available with a simple TAP of your wristband.

The benefit to setting up your eWallet BEFORE the event;
“Unused credits” from the event will be transferred back to your eWallet after the event (refer to Terms & Conditions link below for the “Refund Policy”).

The cashless wristband is the only form of payment accepted by bars and food vendors.
The event currency conversion is $1 SGD = 1 Event Dollar.

How does the cashless payment system work?

Pre-event you can top-up with your SISTIC ticket number (via online and mobile) https://topup.igo.events/
Upon arrival, you'll be given a wristband which has a digital chip, in exchange for your ticket.
Top up your wristband with cash or credit card at the top-up stations around site .
Use your wristband as your wallet.

Do I have to sign up for cashless payments in order to use my wristband at the event?
Though it is not necessary, we highly recommend Pre-Topping Up online using your ticket to set up your eWallet. You will be able to pre-load credit onto your RFID wristband, which will make it easier to start having fun and also eligible for us to transfer your remaining credit after the event back to the eWallet.
Can I add additional credit to my wristband once I get to the event?
Yes, you can top-up at one of the on-site Top-Up Stations located throughout the event. Cash or Credit card top-up available. Trained staff will be on-hand to help you through the process
What if there’s credit left on my wristband when I want to leave?
Onsite you are able to top-up as little as SGD $1.00 to help spend off any balances credits, Alternatively, only for those who have setup their eWallet topping up prevent, you can log on to your account post event for balances.
What happens if my wristband is damaged?
We highly recommend you don’t tamper with your wristband as you will need it at all times for entry and making purchases. Should your wristband get damaged however, bring it to the ticket help desk (located at the event entrance)

You may purchase credits for the pre-mentioned event. Any unused or leftover Event credits that you may still possess, is transferred back to the eWallet.
You can store the credits in the eWallet for additional upcoming events and cashless activations by Sandpiper Digital Payments Asia Pte Ltd. If you prefer to remove the Event credits from the eWallet, and SGD$ 3.00 account handling fee will be charged.
If any dispute arises between you, concessionaire and/or event organizer, you agree to Sandpiper Digital Payments Asia Pte Ltd.
